Add the mashed potatoes, green peas, and chaat masala and fry for 2 minutes and then add the coriander leaves and switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool. For the dough In a bowl add wheat flour, carom seeds, salt, and enough water and knead into a soft dough and cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside for 5 minutes. After 5 min, divide the dough into equal portions and keep it aside. How to proceed Roll each portion of the dough into 5" diameter rounds and then put a little stuffing in it and seal it and then roll it again into a 7" paratha.
