Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and chili powder and fry for a minute. Add 4 cups of water, add potatoes and cover with the lid and stir occasionally and cook on a low flame till the potatoes are well boiled and add salt if needed. Add the semolina and cook on a high flame and stir occasionally. Remove from the flame and pour 1 tsp of ghee on top of the upma and garnish with coriander leaves. Ingredients

  • 3 cupsroasted semolina (rava)
  • 1/4 cupchopped onions
  • 4chopped green chilies

  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspcoriander (dhania) seeds powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspchili powder
  • 4 cupswater

  • 1 tspghee
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander (dhania)

Directions
