In a bowl add cornflour,maida,red chili powder,pepper powder and salt and also add a little water and make a smooth paste and keep it aside. In a pan add oil and dip each soya chunk into the batter and fry it until golden in color and drain it to a tissue paper and keep it aside. Heat a pan with oil add garlic and spring onion white part, fry for few min and then add onion and fry it add capsicum and fry it for 2 min. Then add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chili sauce and also add cornflour water mixture. Cook on a low flame and then add fried soya chunks, pepper powder , salt and cook on a low flame for few minutes.   • For The Manchurian:

    • 1 tbspOil
    • 1/2 cupCapsicum cubed
