Add the salt and pepper, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute and once done, switch off the flame and keep it aside. How To Proceed Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions, green chilies and garlic paste and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add all the mixed vegetables and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute and add the perpared white sauce, a little salt and pepper, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir occasionally and once done, switch off the flame.
