Prep Time: Cook time: Ingredients: 4 cupscabbage, cut into cubes,1 cupsliced onions,12 mm (1")piece of ginger (adrak),4whole dry Kashmiri red chilies, broken into pieces,2cloves (laung / lavang),1cardamom (elaichi),2 tspoil,1/4 tspturmeric powder (haldi),1/2 cupboiled green peas,waterto taste,saltto taste Instructions: In a deep non-stick pan add onions, ginger, red chilies, cloves, cardamom, and ½ cup of water, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes or cook till the water evaporates and stir occasionally and switch off the flame. Allow the mixture to cool completely and then blend to a smooth paste and keep it aside. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and add the prepared paste and turmeric powder and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add the cabbage, boiled green peas and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes and stir occasionally and switch off the flame. Ingredients

  • 4 cupscabbage, cut into cubes
  • 1 cupsliced onions
  • 12 mm (1")piece of ginger (adrak)
  • 4whole dry Kashmiri red chilies, broken into pieces
  • 2cloves (laung / lavang)
  • 1cardamom (elaichi)
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder (haldi)

Directions
