Heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds and once they crackle, add the crushed garlic-cumin-chillies, and curry leaves. Fry for a few second and then add the onion and fry for a minute and then add turmeric powder, asafoetida and ginger and mix it nicely. and add all the vegetables. Add carrot and beans and fry for a minute and then add the dalia and green moong. Add enough water and mix it well and sprinkle some salt and cook it on a medium flame for 25 min and switch off the flame.
