In a pressure cooker, add oil, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds, bay leaf, cumin seeds and fry for few minutes. Add green chilies and fry for a minute and then add onions, turmeric powder and fry it nicely. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the aroma comes out and add peas and mushrooms and fry for 3 min on medium flame. Now add the rice, red chili powder, dhania powder and fry it nicely and add 3 cups of water. Ingredients

  • 2 cupsBasmati rice
  • 4 cupsWater
  • 1 cupmushrooms sliced
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 2 mediumonion sliced
  • 2 nosgreen chilies
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2-inchcinnamon stick

  • 1bay leaf
