Add roughly chopped tomatoes to the batter and again blend until smooth and transfer the batter into a bowl and add salt, cooking soda and mix it nicely and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion to make a 225 mm. (9”) diameter thin circle. Brush a little ghee over it and along the edges and cook on a high flame till the dosa turns brown in color and crisp on both the sides. Serve this dosa with coconut chutney for a delicious wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients
