In a pan add oil, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves ,fry it for 1-2min and add onions and bitter gourd pieces and mix it well. Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and juice of tamarind and ½ glass of water and add the grated jaggery and mix it well and cover it with the lid and cook it for 20mins and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with roti or rice.   • ¼ kgBitter gourd
