Prep Time: 10min Cook time: 10min Ingredients: 1/2 cupyellow moong dal (split yellow gram), soaked for 3 to 4 hours,saltto taste,a pinchof asafoetida (hing),2pinches of sugar,1 1/2 tspgreen chili paste,8 tbspcrumbled low-fat paneer (cottage cheese),4 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania),1 tspchaat masala,1 tbspbesan (Bengal gram flour) (optional),2 1/4 tspoil for greasing and cooking, Instructions: In a bender add the moong dal and a little water and blend till smooth and transfer it to a bowl, add the salt, asafoetida, sugar and green chili paste and mix it well. Heat ¼ tsp of oil in a non-stick tawa (griddle) and pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it evenly to make a thin round of approx. 125 mm. (5”). Sprinkle 2 tbsp low-fat paneer, 1 tbsp coriander and ¼ tsp chaat masala and cook on a medium flame by using ½ tsp of oil and cook till they turn golden brown in color from both the sides.   • 1 1/2 tspgreen chili paste
  • 8 tbspcrumbled low-fat paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 4 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tbspbesan (Bengal gram flour) (optional)
  • 2 1/4 tspoil for greasing and cooking
