Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the mustard seeds and when the seeds crackle, add the green chilies and fry on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add the onions and ginger, mix well and fry on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the green peas and carrots, mix it well and fry on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the parboiled broken wheat, salt and 1¼ cups of water, mix it well and pressure cook for15 min, switch off the flame and allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.   • 1 tablespoonchopped onions
  • saltgrated ginger (adrak)
  • 3green peas
  • 1/4 tablespoonchopped carrots
  • 1to taste
  • 2 to 3Green Chilies, finely chopped

For The Garnish

  • 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)

Directions
