In a bowl, soak the rajma in enough water for 8 hours and then transfer the rajma along with salt in the pressure cooker and cook till it is very soft and once cooked, drain the excess water from the rajma and keep it aside In a bowl, add the rajma and mash it well using a potato masher and then add the paneer, oats and ginger, garlic, gram masala, fennel seeds powder, coriander leaves, and salt and and mix it well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll out each portion into a 50 mm. (2”) flat round cutlet. Dip the cutlets into the egg white mixture and then rolls the cutlets in the breadcrumb mixture.
