Add the curd and whisk it well and add the melted dark chocolate and mix it well by using a spatula. Add the plain flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and fold it gently by using a spatula. Divide the batter into equal portions and keep it aside. Place 9 paper muffin cups in a muffin tray and fill each cup with a portion of the batter and tap them lightly and top it with 1 tbsp of the chocolate chips in each mold. Put the remaining portion of the batter over the chocolate chips in each mold and again tap it lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 10 minutes and once baked, remove from the oven and serve it. Ingredients
