Fry till the onions turn golden in color and add mutton mince and cook on high flame for five minutes. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, chopped tomatoes and fry for 2-3 min. Add rice and gently fry for a minute and add three and a half cups of hot water, torn mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves and salt and mix it lightly. Ingredients

  • 200 gramsMutton Mince (Keema)
  • 1 1/2 cupsBasmati Rice
  • 2 tablespoonsOil
  • 2Green cardamoms
  • 1Black cardamom
  • 5-6Cloves
  • 1 inch stickCinnamon
  • 8-10Black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
