How To Proceed In a bowl add the blended paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, coriander, chili powder, onions, salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix it well. Add the green peas and cauliflower and mix it well and keep it aside. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep non-stick kadhai, add the cauliflower-green pea masala mixture and 1 cup of water and mix it well. Ingredients

  • 1 cupcauliflower florets
  • 1 cupgreen peas
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
  • 4 tspcoriander (dhania) powder
  • 5 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 3/4 cupfinely chopped onions
  • SaltTo Taste
  • 4 tbspoil

For The Paste

  • 4 tbspFreshly grated coconut
  • 8Garlic (lehsun) cloves
  • 4Green chilies , roughly chopped
  • 25 mm (1")Ginger (adrak)
