It should not turn into paste Place a pan on low flame and add sugar, water While the sugar solution is boiling, grease a plate or tray with ghee and keep it aside When all the sugar is dissolved in water, add the cashew powder and stir it perfectly on low flame till it start thickening Cook the cashew mixture for about 7 to 10 minutes till the whole mixture come together Remove the mixture to the greased plate Add ghee, saffron strands to the cashew mixture When the dough is hot enough to handle, then knead the mixture and place it on the butter paper Flatter the dough on the butter paper and place another butter paper on the top Roll it gently till it reaches about 3-5mm thickness Remove the butter paper and cool the cashew dough for sometime When the dough is completely cooled, then cut them into square or diamond shapes using sharp knife Serve it straight way to your guest.
