Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and grease it lightly by using a little oil and pour a ladleful of the batter on the tawa (griddle) and spread to make a 125 mm. (5") diameter circle. Cook the dosa by using a little oil and cook on a medium flame till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides. Once done, switch off the flame and transfer it to a serving plate and serve it with coconut chutney. Ingredients

  • 1 cupgrated carrot
  • 1 cuprice flour (chawal ka atta)
  • 1/2 cupgrated coconut
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 2 tspfinely chopped green chilies
  • 5 tbspfresh curd (dahi)

Directions
