In a blender add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, cloves. Cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, and garlic, and a little water and blend to a smooth paste and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add onion paste and fry until the raw smell of the onions goes away and add tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the sides of the pan. Add the blended green masala paste and cook for 5 minutes and add the cooked mutton pieces and mix it well. Add salt and a little water if required and cover with a lid and cook on a low flame for 10 to 15 minutes and add the cream and switch off the flame and serve it hot with paratha and enjoy a hearty meal.
