Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato ketchup, and coriander leaves and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and stir occasionally. Add all the boiled vegetables, spring onions, chili powder, sugar, salt and 2 tbsp of water and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally and switch off the flame.   • 1 1/2 CupsBoiled Mixed Vegetables (French Beans, Carrots And Green Peas And You Can Use Any Vegetable Of Your Choice)
  • 1 TbspOil/Ghee
  • 1 1/2 TspFinely Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1/2 TspGrated Ginger (Adrak)
  • 1/2 CupFinely Chopped Onions
  • 1 1/4 CupsFinely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 TbspFinely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • 5 TbspTomato Ketchup
  • 4 TbspFinely Chopped Spring Onion Greens
  • 1/2 TspChili Powder
  • 1 TspSugar
  • To TasteSalt

Directions
