Ingredients

  • 100 gramsAlmonds, powdered
  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 100 gramsKhoya (Mawa)
  • Mixed nutsfor garnishing

Directions

  • In another sauce pan, heat the milk and sugar and allow the sugar to dissolve completely and switch off the flame and keep it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and add the powdered almonds and cook it on a low flame and stir continuously, cook until they turn brown in color and get a roasted aroma and once the badam is well roasted, add the milk-sugar mixture and stir continuously.
