After 1/2 hour knead it once again and divide into equal portions and roll each portion as thinly as possible. Heat the tawa and place the roti and cook on both the sides by using a little ghee and keep it aside. For the mushroom bhurji Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, ginger, and onion and fry till the onion turns translucent. Add the tomatoes and cook till the oil separates and add the coriander-cumin seed powder, pav bhaji masala, and kasoori methi. Mix it well, add the tomato puree and cook for a few more minutes. Add the mushrooms and salt and cook well till the mushroom is soft and tender. Add the cream, sugar, and coriander and mix it well and keep it aside. How to proceed Divide the mushroom filling into equal portions and spread a portion of the filling evenly on each roti and roll it and cut it into 50 mm. Ingredients

For the roti

  • 1 cupplain flour (maida)
  • 1/2 tbspcornflour
  • 1/4 tbspsoda bi-carb
  • 1/2 tbspbutter
  • saltto taste
  • For the mushroom bhurji

    • 2 cupsmushrooms (khumbh), finely chopped
    • 3garlic cloves, finely chopped
    • 1 tspgrated ginger (adrak)
    • 1 largeonion, finely chopped
    • 2tomatoes, finely chopped

Directions

For the roti
