How to proceed In a microwave safe bowl add the chocolate and milk and microwave on high power for 30 seconds. Remove it and mix it well until no lumps remain and strain the mixture using a sieve and keep it aside. In a bowl add sugar, beaten whipped cream, prepared orange sauce and orange color and mix it gently. Add the chocolate-milk mixture and mix it gently and pour equal quantities of the mixture into 4 individual bowls / glasses and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or till the mousse sets.
