Switch off the flame, transfer to a bowl and allow it to cool and once cooled, add the potatoes, cheese and salt and mix it well. Divide this mixture into equal portions and shape into small round flat cutlets. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, place the cutlets and cook on a medium flame till the cutlets turn light brown in color from both the sides and serve it with any sauce of your choice.   • 2 tbspgrated processed cheese
  • 1/4 cupgrated sweet corn cob
  • 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/4 cupgrated cabbage
  • 1 tspoil
