Tasty Coconut Ice Cream Recipe
Tired of having regular ice creams, Here’s an interesting ice cream with a new flavor. The Coconut ice Cream which is good for health and different in taste.This is a easy dessert with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 LitreMilk
- 1 can (400 gms)of Condensed Milk
- 2coconuts
- ¼ thcoconut grated
Directions
- Boil the milk and reduce it to half.
- Grate the coconuts and add 3/4th cup of water to squeeze out the coconut milk
- Add to the boiled milk.
- Add the condensed milk and grated coconut to the milk mixture. Mix well.
- Prepare the ice cream with an ice cream churner.
Yummy Coconut Ice Cream is ready to serve, tastes better when chilled.
