Once done, switch off the flame add the sugar and mix it well and add the cardamom powder and mix it well. Transfer the mixture into a greased plate, spread it evenly and keep aside to cool completely for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and then keep at room temperature for 5 minutes. Scrape the Ladoo mixture by using a spoon and divide it into equal portions and roll each portion into a round ball. Serve it or store in an airtight container and enjoy it whenever you want.
