Ingredients

  • 2 cupsquick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 cupbesan (Bengal gram flour)
  • 1onion , finely chopped
  • 1 cupfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 2green chillies, finely chopped

Directions
