In a blender transfer this soya-chana mixture and blend until smooth and transfer it to a bowl. Add the pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well with your hands. Now make small balls from this mixture and make small round or ovals shaped tikkis. Heat oil in the pan and fry it on a low flame until golden brown in color and drain it on an absorbent paper and serve it hot with coriander chutney. Tips You may either shallow fry the tikkis or can roast them in the oven.
