Falooda preparation recipe: In a tall glass add 2 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds and add cooked Falooda sev and set it with the help of a spoon. Add chopped mango pieces, rose syrup, mango jelly, mango pulp and then add chilled milk and pour the milk as required. Ingredients

for sabja seeds:

  • 2 tspbasil seeds/ sabja seeds / tulsi seeds
  • 1 cupwater
  • for Falooda sev:

    • ½ cupFalooda sev/vermicelli (easily available in the market)
    • 1 cupwater

    for chilled milk:

    • 1½ cupfull cream milk
    • 1 tspsugar

    for mango Falooda:

    • 4 tbspmango pieces
    • 2 tsprose syrup
    • 4 tbspmango jelly (optional), (easily available in the market)
    • ½ cupmango pulp
    • 2scoop mango ice cream (easily available in the market)
    • 10-12cashews, pistachios, almonds - chopped
    • 3 tsptutti frutti
