Ingredients
- 1/4 cupCustard powder
- 3/4 cupSugar
- 3 cupsMilk
- 1 tablespoonButter
- 1 tablespoonCornstarch
- As requiredVanilla essence
Directions
- In a thick bottomed pan, add custard powder, sugar and corn starch, and give it a good mix.
- Mix one cup of milk and mix it together without forming lumps.
- Add the capsicum, coriander- dry red chili powder, green chilies and ginger and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add one tablespoon butter and vanilla essence as per your requirement and keep stirring until it gets thicker.
- Once it is done, put off the flame and let it cool down by storing it in a refrigerator.
- Your dish is ready, serve this in pudding bowls and your with your favorite toppings.
