Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice
  • 2 cupsWater
  • 2 tablespoonsChana dal
  • Saltto taste
  • ¼ cupGrated coconut
  • ¼ teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoonOil

Directions

  • Wash rice and drain it in a colander
  • Spread it on a cloth till the rice dries
  • Put the rice in a blender and make it to rava
  • Add water to a bowl and bring it to boil
  • Add salt, cumin seeds and oil to it
  • Add Chana dal and boil for 2 minutes
