Add the condensed milk, mixed nuts, saffron strands and cardamom powder, mix it well and cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes and stir continuously. When the mixture leaves sides off the pan switch off the gas and transfer the mixture onto a plate and keep it aside to cool 30 minutes. Once cooled, divide the mixture into equal portions and roll each portion into a round Ladoo. In a plate spread desiccated coconut and roll each laddoo in the desiccated coconut till they are evenly coated from all the sides. Serve it or store in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you want to. Coconut Ladoo is a traditional Indian sweet that is traditionally prepared for any festivals and special occasion. This Ladoo can be prepared very quickly at your home within few minutes. This Ladoo has a nice flavor, taste and aroma and the additional of various mixed nuts, give a nice crunch to the Ladoo.

Ingredients
